You do not require a referral to book online with us. However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
All of our clinicians are registered for Medicare. To claim the Medicare rebate, make an appointment with your regular GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan, which they can send to us directly via our email. If you already have a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan, you can upload it when completing the online booking form.
If you do not currently have a Mental Health Care Plan, you are still welcome to book online; however, if you do not have a valid plan in place by the time of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full fee amount.
