Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m a Clinical Psychologist, father, stepfather, and partner. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing music, reading great books, and spending time with my friends and family.
As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their story, including important life experiences and turning points that may have contributed to their current difficulties. I take a transdiagnostic approach, focusing less on diagnostic labels and more on the patterns that keep problems going. These patterns can include unhelpful habits, entrenched ways of thinking, emotional and relational dynamics, and ongoing life stressors. Often it is these patterns, rather than the symptoms themselves, that cause problems. By identifying and addressing them, we can work together to build new ways of responding that fit better with your values and goals.
My practice is grounded in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate strategies from Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, as well as other third-wave CBT models such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and the transdiagnostic Unified Protocol. I place a high value on professional development and evidence-based practice, so my work is also informed by recent advancements in cognitive, behavioural, and personality science.
I work with people aged 15 and above, and offer support for a variety of mental health presentations, including:
· Anxiety
· Depression
· Stress and anger
· Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
· Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
· Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
· Family and relationship difficulties
· Body image concerns
· Men’s mental health concerns
· Philosophical and spiritual dilemmas
· Difficult life transitions (e.g., leaving school, entering or leaving the workforce, parenthood, etc.)
· And more… if you are unsure, please call us to discuss further.
In addition to clinical work, I am an AHPRA board-approved supervisor. I offer individual supervision for provisional and registered psychologists, including those seeking clinical endorsement, as well as other mental health professionals seeking support with the presentations and therapeutic modalities outlined above.
I look forward to working with you.

Hello, I'm Jo. I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters of Counselling (Advanced Practice). My experience spans various settings including community, government, and education. For the past seven years, I have dedicated my career to mental health, working directly with clients and serving as the Clinical Manager of a community mental health service. Over the years, I have supported families, parents, carers, adolescents, individuals, and couples. Additionally, I assist women experiencing perimenopause or those looking to enhance their self-esteem and confidence. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space for women to explore and strengthen their mental wellbeing at every stage of life.
